our products are subject to strict quality control. Should a product nevertheless not function properly, we regret this very much. In addition to the statutory warranty and in addition to our GTCs, we grant you an extended manufacturer's warranty for certain products marked by us in accordance with the following warranty provisions:

  1. ANSMANN AG guarantees the freedom from defects, usability and durability of the materials used during the respective warranty period to its contractual partners and specialist dealers.
  2. Der Garantiezeitraum beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum des Produkts bei der ANSMANN AG und gilt in der gesamten Europäischen Union. Die genaue Garantiezeit ist aus der Produktbeschreibung ersichtlich. Für unsere Standardprodukte MDT / ANSMANN Systemfamilie gilt grundsätzlich:

    - Motoren 4 Jahre (Gültig für Motoren ab Produktionsjahr 2020)
    - Akkupack MDT 3 Jahre (Gültig für Akkupacks ab Produktionsjahr 2020 / Restkapazität min. 75% und / oder max. 500 Volladezyklen). Somit besteht kein Garantieanspruch bei einer Restkapazität von <75%.
    - Alternaivvereinbarungen mit unseren OEM‘s sind möglich und weiterhin gültig. Bitte Fragen Sie im Einzelfall bei uns an.
  3. Warranty claims must be made immediately after becoming aware of the defect within the warranty period.
  4. ANSMANN AG will fulfill a justified warranty claim at its discretion, free of charge, by repair or replacement within the warranty period. In case of replacement, the old product will be replaced by a product of the same kind, quality and type. If the product concerned is no longer manufactured at the time the fault is reported, ANSMANN AG is entitled to supply a similar product. Replaced devices or parts of devices become the property of ANSMANN AG. The warranty services do not cause an extension of the warranty period, nor do they initiate a new warranty.
  5. Warranty claims are excluded in case of damage caused by:

    - Improper handling / assembly e.g. motor cable damaged during installation / torque arm incorrectly mounted.
    - Normal wear and tear.
    - Exposure to chemicals. Exposure to chemicals
    - Force majeure
    - Interventions not carried out by our technical service
    - Unauthorized repair attempts
    - Failure to observe the operating instructions
    - Failure to observe the safety precautions applicable to the product
    - Use of force (e.g. impact, shock, drop)
    - Shipment in packaging that is not safe for transport e.g. motor cable not secured during transport.
    - Water / moisture damage.
  6. In addition, accessories that are not part of the basic equipment of the product are excluded from the warranty.
  7. In the event of a justified warranty claim, there are various ways to contact us. For end customers, we ask that complaint inquiries be submitted via the specialist dealer or direct sales partner. The specialist dealer/wholesaler contacts the relevant customer service department using the service form. End customers submit their complaint inquiries via their corresponding specialist dealer.
  8. A claim will only be processed if the attached (and completed) service form and a copy of the sales invoice are provided.Important: Sales invoices as of 01.01.2021 must also contain the serial number.
  9. The warranty granted is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
