Our battery packs are produced both in Germany and in China. We have production facilities in both countries to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing. In Germany, we rely on advanced technology and strict quality controls to meet the highest standards. In China, we benefit from a strong industrial base and extensive experience in mass production. This combination enables us to meet the requirements of our customers worldwide and offer flexible solutions for various markets.
Certification
& Test Center
We test our battery packs and chargers on site in our own UN test center.

The safety of our products comes first
UN transportation regulation and IEC & UL 62133
Several test procedures simulate various hazardous situations that may occur during transport or during use.
Altitude simulation
In a vacuum oven, we simulate the negative pressure during air transport. The pressure is reduced to less than 115 mbar for 6 hours.
Thermal testing
Over a period of seven days, the battery packs in the climate chamber are exposed to ten temperature cycles with temperatures between -40 °C and +72 °C.
shock test
The vibration generator simulates standard road or rail transport with 18 shocks and an acceleration of 150 gn.
Vibration test
As a result of oscillations at a frequency of 7 to 200 Hz, the batteries are exposed to a vibration period of three hours for each of the three mounting axes.
short circuit test
The batteries are exposed to a temperature of 57°C for six hours. The batteries are then kept in a short circuit state for one hour.
overload test
The batteries are overcharged for one day in a special test device. The test specimens are then stored under monitored conditions for seven days.
Free fall
This simulates a fall from different fall heights and angles for the batteries.
Case stress
The fully charged batteries are exposed to a temperature of 70°C ± 2°C for 7 hours. Then cool them down to room temperature again.
Have your battery pack tested according to UN transport regulations!
After successful testing, you will receive a certificate in accordance with UN Handbook 38.3.
Our task, our responsibility
In addition, we carry out these tests to ensure the safety of our products.
RoHS testing
EU Directive 2011/65/EU is aimed at restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
EMC testing
Electromagnetic compatibility testing of an electronic device.
Burn-in test
This reliability test is used to identify component failures due to manufacturing errors at an early stage.
In-circuit testing
This test method is used in electronics manufacturing to ensure the correct function of electronic components.
