Promoting education, creating prospects: abroad with ANSMANN
The Junior Economics Sponsorship Award goes to Julia Wiederroth in 2025 — she is completing an international stay abroad with the ANSMANN Group.

At ANSMANN AG, we have been actively involved in promoting young talent for many years - regionally rooted and internationally networked. In 2025, we will continue to support the Sponsorship Award of the Junior Economies Sponsorship Association, which provides students from internationally oriented business schools with exciting practical experience.
This year's prize winner Julia Wiederroth, a 12th grade student at the Bad Mergentheim Business School, will spend three weeks abroad in Great Britain. There, she gains insights into how an internationally active company works — directly on site.
Working together for strong prospects
The sponsorship prize has been awarded by the Sponsors' Association of Junior Economies for over 30 years - supported by the commitment of former members and regional companies. As a long-standing partner, we are pleased to be part of this project and once again to support a young person in gaining experience abroad. The Sponsors' Association provides a large part of the financing, and we ensure an exciting and practical experience on site.
Personal encounters and high motivation
On March 27, 2025, the selection process took place in Assamstadt. Four applicants impressed with their creative and personal presentations — some in English. The decision was not easy for the six-person jury, but Julia Wiederroth scored particularly well with her motivation and her appearance.
Intercultural exchange starts locally
Back in February, we had the opportunity to present our company at an information session at the Mergentheim Business School. It was not only about work content, but also about cultural peculiarities — because intercultural competence is a key to the future.
For tomorrow's skilled workers
We see projects such as the Sponsorship Prize as an important investment in the future: Young people gain early insights into real working environments, learn about new cultures and grow beyond themselves. For us as an internationally active company, it is precisely this combination of expertise, curiosity and openness that is decisive — today and tomorrow.
