Change in Supervisory Board and Management Board of ANSMANN AG

Ulrike Unterwandling, daughter of the founder, and Thilo Hack, long-time head of the Industry Division, move to the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board

Personnel changes at the management level

Ulrike Unterwandling (née Ansmann), a business economist specializing in international trade and a member of the Supervisory Board of Ansmann AG for 10 years, took over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ANSMANN AG on January 26.

There have also been changes on the Management Board: Since the beginning of February, the new Chief Sales and Development Officer has been Thilo Hack, who has been Head of Industrial Solutions for many years. The 51-year-old gained extensive experience in the international battery market before joining ANSMANN ten years ago, where he was responsible for setting up European trading and development structures for an Asian company, among other things. Hack will also take over the marketing division.

Business economist Markus Fürst, who has been a member of the ANSMANN AG Board of Management since 2010, will continue to be responsible for Accounting, Production and QA, Materials Management, IT and the Asian subsidiaries. His portfolio will be expanded to include Human Resources and General Administration. With immediate effect, Hack and Fürst will form the new Executive Board on an equal footing. The previous CEO Jürgen Dietz will leave the company.
