We support start-up companies

Two winners have now been selected at this year's competition, in which numerous start-ups were able to prove themselves. We, ANSMANN AG, are very proud to be a part of it and to support the newly founded companies!

Hohenlohe 4 Talents

Hohenlohe Plus deals with recruiting skilled workers for companies. They also aim to support and promote start-ups. In order to achieve this goal, a number of sponsors are available to provide them with advice and assistance. Since we see great potential in this project, we are allowed to participate as a sponsor and part of the jury.

The winners have been announced

At this year's Pitch Day, two of the original twelve applicants were finally able to prevail. Clementine Media and Senior Connect won. Congratulations! Clementine Media deals with social media recruiting. It combines artificial intelligence, data-driven marketing and personality psychology. This creates new opportunities for personnel recruitment.

Senior Connect aims to reintegrate pensioners into the labour market and bring them together with companies. This is to be implemented with the help of AI-supported job matching and the personality traits of pensioners. The two winners can now look forward to a scholarship in the form of financial support, advice and other services.
