Our commitment to the future

At ANSMANN AG, we feel committed not only to technology, but also to our home region of Tauber Franconia and the people living here. We are happy to support Futurelabs gGmbH in order to give young people prospects for their professional future and to strengthen the region in the long term. With donations in kind, financial support and technical expertise, we help create an inspiring environment for young talent.

Technology as a springboard for young people

In June 2024, we donated five of our used laptops to the Futurelabs workshop. The devices help young people become familiar with digital applications and programming tasks. In doing so, we not only promote their practical skills, but also provide them with tools that are of great importance in today's working world. In addition, we donated 5,000 euros to expand the workshop's offerings and initiate new projects.

Personal help on site

However, our support goes far beyond donations in kind and money. With Timo Gramlich, one of our technical experts, we have been working directly on site in the Futurelabs workshop since mid-June 2024. Timo supports the young people every two weeks and provides practical knowledge — from soldering to assembling technical kits. It is important to us that young inventors not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but are also able to gain practical experience.

Timo himself says:

“Working with Futurelabs is a matter close to our hearts. It is great to see the enthusiasm and creativity with which the young people implement their ideas.

Why we get involved

As a regionally rooted company, promoting young talent is particularly important to us. We not only want to improve the career prospects of young people, but also contribute to sustainably strengthening the attractiveness of Tauberfranken as a location.

Our board member Thilo Hack puts it in a nutshell:

Together for a strong region

Futurelabs gGmbH pursues a goal that we support out of conviction: to connect young people with companies in the region in order to promote key competencies and counteract the shortage of skilled workers. We are proud to be part of this network and to contribute to the next generation.

Because one thing is certain: Investing in the education and development of young people is always also an investment in the future of our region.
