35 years at ANSMANN: Kurt Scheuermann retires
An employee from the very beginning has shaped the development of ANSMANN for decades.

After 35 years of dedicated service, Kurt Scheuermann is taking his well-deserved retirement. He is not only a long-standing colleague, but also one of the company's first employees, who played a decisive role in shaping the development of ANSMANN AG.
From a garage to an international company
As the first permanent employee with personnel number 2, Kurt Scheuermann was part of ANSMANN's history from the very beginning. At a time when the company was still starting out in a garage, he worked with the founders to lay the foundations for today's global company with over 440 employees.
His work is symbolic of ANSMANN's approach: down-to-earth, reliable, and forward-looking.
Formative for structure, culture, and education
For many years, Kurt Scheuermann was responsible for key areas of the company such as finance, human resources, procurement, and administration. His focus was never solely on processes, but always on people as well.
Particularly noteworthy is his commitment to training young talent, which he played a key role in establishing and shaping from 1995 onwards. Many career paths at ANSMANN began here—with an impact that continues to this day.
Thank you for your commitment, loyalty, and values.
ANSMANN would like to express its sincere gratitude for 35 years of dedication, loyalty, and responsibility. Kurt Scheuermann not only created structures, but also exemplified values that have had a lasting impact on our company.
We wish him all the best for this new chapter in his life, good health, and above all, the time to set his own pace.
Thank you for everything, Kurt—and all the best for the future!
