35 years with ANSMANN: Kurt Scheuermann retires

After 35 years of dedicated work, Kurt Scheuermann is taking his well-deserved retirement. With him, not only is a long-time colleague leaving, but also an employee from the very beginning who has played a decisive role in the development of ANSMANN AG.

From garage to international company

As the first permanent employee with personnel number 2, Kurt Scheuermann was part of ANSMANN's history right from the start. At a time when the company started out in the garage, together with the founders, he laid the foundation for today's globally active company with over 440 employees.
His work is symbolic of ANSMANN's journey: down-to-earth, reliable and future-oriented.

Characteristic for structure, culture and education

For many years, Kurt Scheuermann was responsible for central corporate areas such as finance, personnel, procurement and administration. For him, it was never just about processes, but always also about people.
Particularly noteworthy is his commitment to training young talents, which he played a significant role in building and shaping from 1995. Many career paths at ANSMANN began here — with an impact that is still effective today.
