Your heart beats for direct customer contact in our Bike Store Lab in Assamstadt
You actively help shape the BSL, including the associated workshop — from product presentation to sales strategy to customer advice
In addition, you plan and organize promotional campaigns and customer events
You carefully plan the workshop business and ensure a consistently high quality standard and a high level of customer satisfaction
You analyse sales figures, derive measures from them and implement them successfully together with your manager and team

Das bringst du mit

You already have experience in servicing end customers in the bike sector — ideally in retail or in a specialist bicycle shop
At Best, You Have Completed Training in Two-Wheel Mechanics
You have a good sense of customer needs and know how to create a shopping experience that inspires
You work independently, solution-oriented and never lose track of things even in busy times
You make decisions with vision and take responsibility in your area
