Massage

ANSMANN AG offers their employees a unique wellness programme in their own in-house massage oasis. The selection includes classic massage, Breuss back massage, foot reflex zones massage or facial massage - all for a contribution of just 5 euros!

Sports offers

As a sports-oriented company ANSMANN AG supports their own fun run: The ANSMANN CUP is THE running event in Assamstadt and also a qualifying run for the Tauber-Franken Cup. The fun run takes place in the June of each year and passing mostly through the nearby forest. Alongside a kid's run, there are 2 km distances for students and young people, 5 km for amateur runners or walkers as well as a 10 km distance as the main run. Numerous ANSMANN employees take part in this event, but also in sports events and fun runs in the nearby area. On the one hand this is both active and healthy and on the other hand is a good advert for ANSMANN AG.

Furthermore, there is an annual opportunity to earn the Deutsche Sportabzeichen (German sports badge) in cooperation with TSV Assamstadt (Assamstadt's gymnastics and sports association).

ANSMANN AG will pay the respective entry fee and there are also small prizes for those who earn the sports badge.

But we do not just hold large-scale events like our summer party or our year-end party, we also strengthen our teams and enhance the working atmosphere with additional department events too. Team spirit is the focal point with this. Whether exit games, laser tag, canoeing or simply enjoying a pleasant meal together: This is how you come to know and value your colleagues outside work.

Compatibility between work and family presents a challenge for many parents. As an employer, we offer various opportunities that could help parents to overcome this challenge.

An annual highlight is the traditional summer barbecue with a company football game on the sports grounds in Assamstadt. All of the ANSMANN employees from Germany and from abroad are invited to this, together with their families.

And, for the ANSMANN children, at the end of the year there is a children's Christmas party with music, lantern parade, crafting and of course a visit from Father Christmas.
