Our quality assurance department has recently discovered a safety issue concerning our Babyphone model ‘PARIS’. Under certain conditions, during the reset process, insulation may be damaged and a current carrying part, may be exposed. There is no danger to the child at any time as the transmitter unit is not affected.

While there have been no reported incidents, we kindly ask you to return the affected models. Postage will be covered by ANSMANN and you'll receive an updated model immediately, free of charge. All models without green indication (Packing: above EAN Code; receiver unit: below EU flip plug) are affected.
