Environmental construction

When developing and designing new battery packs, the ANSMANN Engineering team assesses a wide range of the application parameters.  This is due to the fact that every application differs in some way for one another.  A battery’s performance and reaction are result of the application requirements.  One of these application requirements is the Environment for which the battery pack will be exposed to.

ANSMANN reviews and considers the following environments parameters when designing a battery pack:

• Maximum High and Low Temperatures
• Maximum Current Loads applied @ High and Low Temperatures.
• Where and How is the battery installed with an OEM’s device.
• Are there Cooling or Heating measures required as a result of the environmental conditions.
• Humidity concerns.
