ANSMANN AG

In July 2007, an important development for the future of the company took place: ANSMANN ENERGY GMBH changed to ANSMANN AG.

With this step, the company’s founder Edgar Ansmann, (majority shareholder and chief executive officer of the corporation), wants to offer a real tangible way for the employees to get a real share in the company’s future success. ANSMANN AG will not be listed on the stock exchange.

Worldwide

The worldwide headquarters of ANSMANN AG is in Assamstadt in Germany. The division ANSMANN RACING has its office in the “Hobby Town“ of Nuremberg.
